Principle Product Designer
As a principal designer at Project Ronin, I was tasked with redesigning our patient-facing mobile app from the ground up to support an extensive list of new features. I also designed a new administration tool for hospitals to manage more dynamic PRO (Patient Reported Outcomes) content.
Teladoc Health
Lead Product Designer
As a lead product designer at Teladoc I worked with an extensive set of stakeholders to design a clinical queuing system that could meet the needs of both our core telemedicine product and the product we license to hospitals and health systems. This produced a much better experience for clinicians and massive cost savings for the company.
TOUCHCARE

Led the design team in aligning Touchcare's patient health concierge and telemedicine products on web and mobile platforms with the company's strategic goals. The products were purpose-built to enhance each other and scale as the company rapidly grew.

This alignment resulted in a series of technically feasible, commercially viable products that met our high ethical standards and generated significant revenue for the company.
EPOCRATES

My first project was a complete redesign of Epocrate's flagship prescribing reference mobile app, used daily by hundreds of thousands of medical providers worldwide. I directed a team of designers and researchers to transition the product into a modern, scalable platform that delighted our passionate user base.
